Refund policy

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Lucky Frog Cards subscription at any time from your account — there's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges; you'll keep receiving cards up to and including the one already paid for.

If you're a new subscriber and change your mind before your first card has shipped, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your first card has shipped, this cooling-off period no longer applies to that item, though you're still free to cancel future billing at any time as above.

Returns
Because each card is prepared as part of that month's limited run, we don't require cards to be returned and don't offer refunds for cards already sent. If your card arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at frog@luckyfrog.co.uk and we'll send a free replacement or refund that item, no need to send anything back.
